Less than one year after listing, Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) proposes its first dividend.

For fiscal year 2077/78, Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) proposes a dividend of 8.5%.

During the Ashwin 04 Board of Directors meeting, a cash dividend of Rs. 20 Arba was distributed. At the time of writing, the NIFRA LTP is Rs. 365.

During the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2077/78, the company reported a slight decline in net profit. During the corresponding quarter of last year, the net profit was Rs. 84.71 crores, a slight decrease from Rs. 83.64 crores. During the fourth quarter of 2018, the bank reported a net interest income of Rs. 1,33 Arba (core business revenue). During the same period, the operating profit grew by 7.92% to Rs. 1,18 Arba.

A share of the bank’s net worth equalled Rs. 112 and EPS was Rs. 4.18. At the time of trading, the company was trading at 117.64 times earnings per share.
